I have a Day Zero Project in progress and one of my items was to visit 101 restaurant in 1001 days. So far I’ve been to 146 and I’ve got til September of this year. I don’t write a post about each one, but I do log it and give a basic statement.

I look forward to checking yours out to see what places we’ve both been and which ones you’ve been to that I haven’t.

I also constantly add to the bottom the places that I haven’t been still.

On the mexican side, I can’t believe you guys haven’t been to El Caporal. This is the best mexican place in Richmond (near Regency Square Mall). Their signature dish is the Enchiladas Nortenas. It is shredded pork mixed with peppers, onions, and tomatoes on top of two cheese enchiladas with a side of guacamole. However, these guys are flexible so you can subtract any of those veggies if you don’t like them. Heck, they’ll even let you get rice and beans with it instead of the guacamole and won’t even charge you anything different. You guys simply have to check this place out.

Yes, I agree that you have expressed your liking towards other Indian restaurants, but that does not mean they are better than MALABAR.
